Travel has been in the retail travel business since 1968 and has been
serving the seniors of the Northwest Valley since 1969. Owned and operated by the
Ford family, Ford's currently has two office locations - one in Sun City and
one in Sun
City West serving that community as well as the communities in the City of
Surprise. Our ability to serve the senior travel market, along with our commitment and involvement in the Northwest Valley has enabled us to become the largest retail travel agency in the area. Being locally owned and operated, we are able to offer the most responsive service to the travelers in our communities. And our affiliation with Leisure Travel Group affords our customers additional benefits through their preferred status with many of our customers' preferred cruiselines and tour operators. Our experience in working with groups in the area including, The Sundome Mariners, The Sun Village Travel Club (Vagabonds), Sun Health Community Cruises, The Property Owners and Residents of Sun City West (PORA) travel program, The Northwest Valley Regional Community Council and Arizona State University, to name a few, enables us to have a unique perspective in the needs and desires of the senior travel market. Our ability to structure group trips to fit the specific needs of the various organizations we work with has made our group travel program very successful, and has enabled us to make sizable contributions to the groups to supplement their fund-raising efforts and operating revenues.
